Configuration Import Guide
Only follow this guide if your order email says Neverlose HvH Config.

Log in, open the config link from your order and click “Get item”.
Do not enter this key on undetek.com or any other product's website. It will not work there.
Note: This config needs an active Neverlose CS2 subscription. You must be logged into your Neverlose account in your browser to claim the config.
Claiming & Loading the Config
- Open Your Config Link: Open the Neverlose market link shown on your order page right after payment, or in your delivery email.
- Claim Config: Log into your Neverlose account on neverlose.cc if the page asks you to, then click Get item to add the config to your account.
- Launch Game: Start Counter-Strike 2 with Neverlose active and press INSERT to open the menu.
- Load Config: Open the config list at the top of the Neverlose menu and load your new config from there. Neverlose has no separate Configs tab.
Troubleshooting
Config not in the list?
On the Neverlose market, open Purchases list (right side of the market page), find the config and click Get item. Then check the config list at the top of the menu again.
