Installation and Configuration Guide
Only follow this guide if your order email says Pellix.
Wrong product? ChangeUninstall conflicting software first
Pellix will not start while Kaspersky, Avast, Akros or AVG is installed. Uninstall them before you activate your key.
Where your key goes

Do not enter this key on undetek.com or any other product's website. It will not work there.
Activation & Setup
- Register: Create an account on the Pellix register page and confirm your registration via email.
- Your key goes here Activate Key: After logging in, find the "Counter-Strike 2" product in your personal account. Click "Activate Key", enter your key and press "Activate".
- Download Loader: Click the "Download loader" button in the top right corner of the website. If your browser blocks the download, use "Download Archive": the archive password is in the file name after
password_. You may need an unarchiver such as 7-Zip. - Open CS2: Open CS2 before or after you start the cheat. The order does not matter. Pellix does not open CS2 for you.
- Open Loader: Open the loader you downloaded.
- Launch: Select "Counter-Strike 2" in the loader and click "Launch".
- Open Menu: Press DEL (Delete) to open the cheat menu. Insert also works.
Incompatible Software
Must be uninstalled: Kaspersky, Avast, Akros, AVG.
Can be disabled instead: Faceit, ACE, Gamersclub, Ricochet, Norton.
Pellix runs, but mouse/keyboard features may not work: Interception (menu won't register clicks), RawAccel, reWASD, Custom Cursor, Norton keyboard filter, ESET, Logitech G Hub (not always), Razer Synapse (not always), G Data Security.
Troubleshooting
Menu not visible
Switch CS2 from Fullscreen to Fullscreen Windowed.
Loader crashes without an error
Synchronize your Windows time (time.windows.com, time.cloudflare.com or time.nist.gov). If that does not help, install vc_redist and the DirectX runtime and restart your PC.
"Conflicting anticheat present"
Remove Vanguard, FACEIT or any other anti-cheat and any antivirus (especially Norton and AVG) via Control Panel, then restart. To stop them only until the next reboot, run sc stop faceit, or sc stop vgc and sc stop vgk for Vanguard, in CMD as Administrator.
"Please disable driver blocklist"
Open Windows Security → Device Security → Core isolation details and turn off Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist, Memory integrity and Local Security Authority protection. Restart your PC.
Loader loads forever / server error / connection error
Make sure your subscription is active and not frozen, download the loader again, and try with and without a VPN. Remove any installed antivirus (ESET NOD32 is a confirmed cause) and restart.
