Activation & Setup

• Create Account: Register an account on your Fentry dashboard.
• Activate License Key: Log in and activate the license key you received after purchase.
• Install Visual C++ Redistributables: Download and install both the x64 and x86 Visual C++ Redistributable packages, then right-click each installer and run it as Administrator. This prevents crashes referencing VCRUNTIME140 or MSVCP140.
• Sync Windows Time: Make sure your Windows clock is synced correctly. The license system validates timestamps, and an out-of-sync clock can cause activation to fail.
• Download the Loader: Download the loader here: Fentry Arc Raiders loader. Save it somewhere you can find it again, such as a dedicated folder on your desktop.
• Add Antivirus Exclusions: Before running the loader, add the loader's folder to your Windows Defender (or third-party antivirus) exclusions. This prevents the antivirus from blocking the software or triggering a "Software Integration Failed" error.
• Disable Overlays: Disable any active overlays before injecting, including Discord Overlay, Steam Overlay, Reshade, Overwolf, and AMD Adrenaline. Active overlays can hide the menu even after a successful injection.
• Run Loader as Admin & Load: Right-click the loader and select "Run as Administrator". Paste your license key if prompted, then click Load.
• Launch Game: Launch Arc Raiders.
• Open the Menu: Press INSERT to open/close the in-game menu. On compact or laptop keyboards, use FN + INSERT. If neither works, try ALT + ~ (the tilde key, usually next to 1).

Troubleshooting

Error: "Invalid key"
The license key you entered is incorrect, or your antivirus is interfering with key validation. Copy and paste your key directly from your dashboard to avoid typos, temporarily disable your antivirus, and add the loader folder to your antivirus exclusions.

Software Integration Failed
Microsoft Defender or another antivirus is blocking the loader. Temporarily disable real-time protection and add an exclusion for the loader's folder.

SmartScreen warning / antivirus blocks the loader from running
Add the required antivirus exclusions, temporarily disable Microsoft Defender (Virus & Threat Protection → Manage Settings), and for third-party antivirus disable Real-Time Scanning / Active Protection. If it's still blocked, verify your game files via Steam (Library → right-click the game → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files), or fully uninstall the third-party antivirus.

Loader shows: "you must run the function KeyAuthApp.init(); first"
This is usually caused by a blocked network connection. Try a different internet connection (mobile hotspot or VPN), check that Windows Firewall isn't blocking the loader, disable any third-party network/Wi-Fi protection (McAfee, Bitdefender, etc.), and restart your PC. Some routers also have firewalls or parental controls that can block the connection.

Windows clock out of sync
Our system validates timestamps for security purposes. If key activation fails, reset and resync your Windows clock (Settings → Time & Language → Date & Time → Sync now).

No menu / no watermark visible after injecting
ESP or other features may work while the menu itself stays invisible if an overlay is active. Disable Discord Overlay, Steam Overlay, Reshade, Overwolf, AMD Adrenaline, and any other overlay connected to the game, then inject again.

Loader crashes with a DX11 fatal error or mentions VCRUNTIME140/MSVCP140
The required Visual C++ Redistributable packages are missing. Download and install both the x64 and x86 versions, run each installer as Administrator, reboot, and try again.

Invalid HWID
Reset your own HWID from the Reset HWID button on your license key card in the dashboard (Dashboard → My Keys → Reset). HWID resets are allowed once every 30 days.
